Common commercial questions
Do variants count as SKUs?
Yes. Each purchasable variant counts once; the family record itself is free.
Can distributors log in on Starter?
The portal starts on Growth. Starter can still export comparison sheets and PDF catalogs.
What happens if we exceed a limit?
Nothing breaks. You get a usage warning in Billing and we agree an upgrade at renewal.
Is migration included?
A guided import of one product family is included on every plan. Larger migrations are quoted separately.
