Grounded retrieval
Queries are answered from a retrieval pass over the organisation's approved products, attributes and documents. If the catalog does not contain the answer, the assistant says so.

Range-aware matching
Understands numeric attributes with units, so “between 0.3 and 2 Nm” filters on the torque range rather than matching text.

Product cards and comparisons
Results render as product cards with a short reason for the match, and can be turned into a side-by-side comparison sheet in one click.
