Built by people who have cleaned up industrial catalogs by hand

Push Image Marketing has spent years building websites, catalogs and distributor material for manufacturers of tools, fasteners and components. The same problems appeared on every project — so we built the system we kept wishing existed.

01Where this came from

Every project started the same way: a spreadsheet nobody trusted

Before a manufacturer's website could be rebuilt, someone had to reconcile the ERP export with the printed catalog, chase engineering for the current torque figures, and find out which of the three PDFs on the server was the approved manual.

That reconciliation work was repeated for the dealer portal, the trade-show handouts and the marketplace feed. The website launched clean and drifted out of date within a quarter, because the source of truth was still a folder.

PIM Industrial makes the catalog the source and the channels the output. The website, the distributor portal, the comparison sheet and the sales export all read the same approved record.

02How we work

Four principles we do not compromise on

P-01

Structure before styling

A torque range is two numbers and a unit, not a sentence. Once data is typed, filtering, comparison, exports and channel mapping all come for free.

P-02

Nothing publishes unreviewed

Industrial data carries liability. Every change is versioned by field, every publication passes an approval gate, and every revision can be restored.

P-03

The distributor is a user, not an export

Dealers need a live, permissioned view of your catalog with their pricing and their downloads — not a quarterly spreadsheet.

P-04

One record, many audiences

Marketing copy, engineering data and dealer pricing live on the same record with different visibility rules per channel.

03Engagement

Pilot first, roll out second

We start with one product family and one channel. When the data for that family is clean, approved and published, we widen the scope category by category.

  1. Week 1–2

Model one family: attributes, units, variant axes, document types.

  2. Week 3–4

Import the remaining SKUs, set approval rules and roles, connect the first channel.

  3. Week 5+

Open the distributor portal, add pricing groups, extend to the rest of the catalog.

Talk to someone who has done the cleanup

No generic discovery call. Bring a messy export and we will show you what it looks like modelled properly.
